What scores are necessary to give to colledges??

i am an 11th grade student in an cbse school which is the second best in our town. Previously i attended a icse school which was the best Jesuit school around. MY class percentages are not so good around 65 % in the school but in my icse i have got 82% so in the international gpa section which on which scores gpa are calculated ??? Is it on ICSE And CBSE board exams or on the school exams???

Please need help urgently. And thanks in advance!!

You need to send final report card for grade 9/10/11 and hallf year (mid-term) for 12th grade will be due by the time you apply. And 12th final will also be required eventually. No need for GPA conversion, the mark sheet is to be sent attested by your current school councillor.

Man this is a serious prob this means my chances into getting in some good colleges like illinois are very low so that should i do???

If i submit Icse and Cbse board results as well as 12th result will it be good???

Let me test my understanding.

You have done grade 9th and 10th in an ICSE school and for 11th and now 12th you are enrolled in CBSE school. So I don’t see a problem with that. In each grade, irrespective of the Board you would have appeared for the final exam and that is the Mark sheet that needs to be sent. And all these will go through your current School’s concillor. The current school should have no issues with attesting your 9 and 10 Mark sheet as you were admitted to CBSE on the basis of those.

High School means grades 9/10/11/12.

well thanks for the news anialways i also was asking that my 9th and 11th grade is 65% and 62% resp and i have scored 82% in ICSE and i hope to score well in CBSE board exam. MY real concern is that will my low score in 9th and 11th grade lower my chances into getting in Boston university or Illinois institute of technology? If i only had to submit the the board exam i would have a chance i guess but my 9th and 11th results man enlighten me on this???

Well you have to send 9/10/11 anyway. If you can show some really great improvement and especially in the subjects relating to your program in College it might help.

I think the transcripts and the recommendations go by post. So you will have to give the school addresses of the colleges you are applying to and the DHL/UPS Courier charges too. In my child’s school they seal the envelopes, in the student’s presence, and the students are supposed to make the entry in the school’s register. Each student has their own page. It makes it easy for everyone to keep a track. They do not share any info on Recommendations though.

Thanks can someone chance me!!
