I self-reported all of my test scores to Questbridge for the NCM application, and I'm wondering if I have to send in all the scores I reported if I become a finalist. All the schools I ranked give me the option of submitting just my ACT, which I took two times. I received a 30 the first time and a 35 the second time, so is it fine if I just send in the 35 and nothing else?

Bumpppp. I was wondering about this too!!

depends on the school - check their policies. Yale and Pomona are two colleges which require all scores from all tests taken. If your college allows score choice, just send the score you want to send ( the 35 for you, @Rathination ). They may ask you how many times you’ve taken it, always be honest, but if allowed send only your best scores.

@nynightowl But won’t it look a bit conspicous because you self reported every single score on the Questbridge Application but choose to not send of them through (official reports). Just asking for your opinion :D

Well, it costs a lot of money to send them in, and I’m just planning on sending in my ACT. Vanderbilt told me that I could send the 35 composite and that they would be fine with it.

@phonix7, many schools practice ‘score choice’, which means you can send the scores you choose to. Even if you list all your scores on the QB app or CA you can just send official reports from the tests you want them to consider. Again, you need to check on QB website under the match or RD requirements for each school. Either one will tell you what the college’s policy is for sending scores. You can always call/email the college as well, as @Rathination did but it’s just as easy to check the list.
