so today i did a practice test and got 35 on english, 35 on math, 36 on reading, and...27 in science. i got 6 wrong on science, so the curve is BRUTAL because for the other subjects 6 wrong translates to a score between 29 and 31. i'm def VERY scared for science.

My strong points are the English and Math and i usually score 29-32 on both sections on the practice test but sometimes i bomb it and get like 27 which is bad cause i depend on those two sections! My reading and science are the worst ones. I usually score high or i score low; it depends on my mood while i’m taking the test. I just want 30 for my composite and i will be satisfied.

I’m ridiculously inconsistent on science… Out of all the practice tests I’ve taken, my science score has ranged from a 24 to a 34, and that kind of variation scares me. Sometimes, even if I feel like I’ve done a good job, I end up misreading questions because I’m flustered and end up with six or so wrong that I could have avoided (and the curve really is brutal)

both math and science for me, honestly I’m worried about the test in general because I have not prepared properly. I’m in the process of going through Princeton Review’s Cracking the ACT and haven’t even made it halfway through the book yet. I’m having a power study session tonight, tomorrow morning, and tomorrow night, and just going to hope for the best. This will be my first time anyway, and I’m not trying to beat myself up about it, I did that with the SAT and it reflected in my score.
