what should i do to stay awake

my quartely exam is day after tomorrow
now i really need to stay awake
please suggest me some activities or food that will help me

Coffee, tea, soda, meth?

Coffee is your friend.

http://24.media.■■■■■■■■■■/606b05aa06aec18c32cb120463b25a1f/tumblr_mgz2d84xtr1s2rubxo1_500.jpg

Also keeping the room cold and doing some light exercise/movement every so often (e.g. a few jumping jacks or pushups) will help keep you awake.

You should definitely have coffee. You should also move around every 30 minutes or so. I walked around my apartment or gave myself a ten minute break to do whatever.

During finals week I usually have:
Orange juice and lots of tangerines so I don’t get sick.
Coffee from coffee maker, but I live about a mile away from Starbucks. I also bought a thing of instant coffee, but it tasted terrible.
Monster energy drinks (very last resort).

I only use energy drinks when I need to go go go. I didn’t wind up using any my junior year of college but galore my freshman and sophomore years.

I think it’s good to spend like X minutes intensely focusing on studying, take a break for 30 minutes, intensely study again, etc.

I turn my computer off and other stuff when I need to focus. Keep your lights on?

Red Bull or other energetic non-alcoholic beverages work well for me.

I really wouldn’t recommend energy drinks. Those things are HORRIBLE for you.

Splashing cold water on your face might help.

Get 5 hour energy. I know from experience that you do not want to drink red bull/monster especially if you’re studying or going to take an exam. If you could use the bathroom before then then you can but you will still crash afterwards. 5 hour energy come in very small amount so it’s worth it.

I try to stay away from energy drinks, they’re just so bad. I prefer coffee or strong tea. Try not to have too much caffeine though without drinking water too!

Get up and take a break every 30-45 mins. Go into the hall and do a lap from one end to the other a couple of times. Stretch, jog in place, get some blood moving.

Don’t work on your bed, its so tempting but we all know what happens. :P

I try to chew on gum or a sucker if I know I’m going to get tired. It keeps you busy on something while allowing you to focus.
