Hi all, I applied to Fordham a couple weeks ago. I had a scheduled visit over the summer, but I got there late and apparently never got officially checked in. A couple days ago I got an email from the director of admissions saying the school's records show that I did not visit campus. So, should I call admissions and explain the situation? Fordham is one of my reach schools and I'm afraid that not visiting would look really bad.

Why not just email back ? They do check their email

We visited twice and signed in both times, we received an e-mail saying they have no record of us visiting. We sent them an e-mail back.

I agree with sending an email back. If you have the date of the visit, include it. I’d also use the email as an opportunity to say that Fordham is a top choice for you.
