As a rising Senior, so far I got 8 AP's, in which I got six 5's and two 4's. Since I took most of AP tests without taking the classes, my weighted GPA isn't that high(I only took three AP classes.) To raise my GPA, should I take the classes even if I got 5 in that subject? If I will do so, will colleges care about it?

If you self-studied for 5 AP classes, I think having that down is impressive. Taking the classes afterward seems like a cop-out. If your school offers AP classes you haven’t taken yet, take those.
