<p>So I am currently enrolled at UIUC and I am undeclared because I'm deciding between engineering and actuarial science but I'm already taking engineering classes. I want to do engineering however I think it will be hard to go into it here at UIUC. I wanna know if it would be possible to transfer to any good engineering schools ASAP. Any schools that I can transfer to this spring? (I am a freshman). I'm considering IIT, UIC, Loyola, and Northwestern. I got a 32 on my ACT and I had a 3.75/4 GPA in high school. Any suggestions? </p>
