I'm not really sure if I posted this in the right place. This is my first post here and I only snoop around here every once in a while.

I am a junior right now at a public high school that doesn't offer a lot of AP classes and I want to get into the University of Michigan. I am looking to get into the pharmacy school there. Some other colleges I want to get into are Ohio state, Wayne state, and maybe ivy leagues.
My parents work at U of M and I know a lot of people who work/go there.

No class ranks but I would guess top 25% for sure

SAT:
Reading: 650
Math: 740
Writing: 640
Essay: 9
SAT 2 Chinese: 780
planning on taking the SAT 1 again in June. I did the exact test again after I got my scores back and got 800 on math/writing and 730 on reading.
Didn't prepare for the PSAT but I got a 193.

I am taking the ACT in March as part of the MME so I don't know whether or not I should do the ACT on my own since at home I do well on English and math but completely fail the reading and science.
I am doing 1 entire practice test a day over break (usually get around 32-35 composite) because I keep getting around 300 points lower for SAT and 5 points lower for ACT when I do real tests.

AP:
-US History: 4
-Chinese: 5
-planning on taking chemistry and biology

GPA: tests are worth 80-90% of the grade and homework/other is worth 10-20% of the grade
3.8 unweighted (counting all grades and ignoring the boost for taking AC/AP classes)
I am aiming to bring my GPA up to a 3.9

Freshman year: All A's except for the first trimester of geometry AC (89%)
-AC science
-AC geometry

Sophomore year: All A's except for straight B's all three trimesters in AP US History
-AP US History
-AC Algebra 2
-AC pre-calculus
-AC science

Junior year (so far): All A's except B- in calculus BC for 1st trimester, 1/3 of the way into 2nd trimester I have all A's
-Switched from calculus BC to AB after the first trimester because if I get into a pharmacy school I have to retake calculus anyways and I wasn't used to actually learning things in math. I was spending 3-6 hours a day on calculus alone after the first 3 weeks and it was ruining my grades for other classes. My grade in that class still wasn't improving at all when finals came so I just decided to switch and hope I get better grades.
Should I take BC calculus senior year?
-AP Chemistry
-AP Calculus AB
-taking 3 science classes this year (AP Chem, forensics 2, human anatomy and physiology, don't know if psychology counts as science or social studies)

Senior year: I am planning on taking analytical thinking, AP Biology, latin 4 or AP latin, the other forensics class, and maybe 1 other AP class after trying to fit in all the classes required to graduate.

Extracurricular activities/awards/other info: all are during all years of high school starting at the beginning of freshman year unless otherwise stated
-internship at the college of pharmacy (shadowed for a year and did an experiment)
-founder and president of Rubik's cube club
-Academic Games (club where you compete at the state and national level in 7 different games that surround the core academics individually and in teams)
----started in 6th grade, never stopped, went to every single meeting
----Orhan Oker award (given to 1 person a year for "outstanding leadership and dedication in Academic Games")
----Robin Trice award (given to 1 person a year for "distinguished service for the Michigan League of Academic Games")
----2nd in the country in Equations (2012)
----always top 20 in the country at the national tournaments
----my team usually gets state champion in all the games, national champion in 3 games, and national champion overall
-Student Action Senate member in 9th grade
-varsity letter in community service and orchestra
-got into NHS as a junior (only possible to be in NHS as a junior/senior)
-ranked in the world for cubing (top 2000 in the world for 2x2 (average around 5-6 sec), 3x3 (average around 13-16 sec), 3x3 one handed (average around 25-33 sec), and Rubik's magic (average around 1.1-1.3 sec)). Planning on going to a competition soon so I can update my rankings.
-volunteering: approx. 200+ hours a year
----4 hours a week at the middle school Academic Games club, usually have to watch over 60+ middle school students. One of the students became one of the most decorated players in the history of Academic Games because I convinced them to stay and let them see that hard work will pay off in the end.
----Academic Games summer camp where I work with 3rd-12th graders
----2-4 hours a week at the Chinese school
----tutor at school at least once a week

I don't know what I should be doing over break.
Should I be looking for college courses to take over the summer? I'm already looking into financial aid, scholarships, and summer programs.
Any other colleges I should be looking into? My parents don't want me to go too far away but I wouldn't mind something near Washington DC or Stanford. I mostly just want to go to a college that's close to some cubing competitions.
Should I take any more subject tests? I know U of M doesn't require or really look at any of the subject tests.

I basically just want to make my chances as high as possible for U of M.
