What standardized test scores to submit?

I have a 1270 on the new SAT and a 28 on the ACT do I submit both scores, or only one? What will give me a better shot?

If I read the concordance table correctly a 1270 is about a 26 ACT, so the ACT is the higher score, but you would need to take a closer look at the scores on just the math and english sections of th ACT and then look to see what score the particular school favors.But I would probably just go with the ACT score
