What steps should be taken to stand out in admissions to Northwestern HPME?

I’m a junior in high school and am very interested in going into the medical field. I researched into Northwestern’s prestigious honors medical program, and I wanted to see where I would possibly stand in admissions. Here are my stats:

4.5 weighted gpa
3.9 unweighted
1490 sat
4 on Computer Science Exam
5 on WHAP
Currently taking AP Phys, AP Lang, AP US History, Advanced Precal, Advanced Spanish 3
(senior year - will take ap chem, ap bio, ap lit, ap gov/micro and a medical internship)

EC’s
Band - 9th grade
Member of the debate team 10th and 11th grade, finaled at state as a sophomore, projected to qualify this year too

Member of NHS, and active in church/church volunteering

What medical-related activities could I participate in to enhance my admissions for this next semester/this upcoming summer? Hopefully it isn’t too late at this point in high school.
