I just took the SAT this march. I also took MathIIC in june, and received 800 on it.

I want to take 2 subject tests in june, which one's are easier to score higher on/easier to study.

Physics - took freshman year

Bio E/M (difference between E/M?) - taking this year

Chemistry - took sophmore year

World History - Took freshman year

US History - Sophmore + this year.

Do I really need to take history, or can I take two sciences (which is what I prefer.)
Physics is my favorite (I plan to major in astronomy/astrophysics) but I will really need to refresh what I've learned. Also I am taking AP Physics C next year, so maybe this can be my review for next year?

I think that you should take Biology and US History just because you have to take the AP exam anyway and being a CC requires you to study for them, which means less time you have to spend studying for SAT Subjects. I am assuming you're taking AP US History and AP Biology, correct?

Really, it all depends on whether your honors Biology class is rigorous and whether your teacher would cover the necessary topics for the exam. Or will you study the topics on your own, because it is really easy.

Xi, I don't know about the OP's school, but at my school you have to take honors/standard level one Physics, Chem then Bio before you can even start taking AP sciences. I think it's a little ridiculous but they do get high AP scores that way...
