I got 600 on Writting and I can't seem to get any higher.
In May:

right: 38

wrong: 11

omitted: 0

raw score: 35
Essay: 8.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I do all the practice tests that I come across but they don't seem to have any effect.

(I want anything between 650 and 680 inclusive).

Any advice??????????????????

take a textbook and learn grammar rules-then do the exercises for each section there till you learn to find the mistakes.

i agree with crosscurrent. knowing the rules really helps and after a while, you'll find there arent that many rules since some problems are testing the same rules

I agree with them too haha

learn the grammer and make sure that when you take the practice test, you Understand what exactly you got wrong and Why you got it wrong

as for the essay, try reading some grade level or higher grade level books and look at the way they construct their sentences and the words they use then adopt those and use them in your essay, it will help A Lot :)

good luck!

okay, thanks.
can someone tell me what good grammar books there are?

The elements of style is a great book to learn grammar.
