stupid question -- does anyone know if students bring linens, towels, etc. if staying in the dorms during orientation? I can't find a packing list anywhere, my son tells me there's nothing, and it's now after hours on Friday and we leave Tuesday AM on a plane to Austin.

He took the ALEKS test for CNS, has not opened the other required modules that he got an email about. Anything else needed before they arrive there?

thanks

on the Summer Orientation page, there is a link called “Where to go, what to bring, where to park, etc…” and you will find some info you need.
[University of Texas at Austin - Office of the Dean of Students - New Student Services - Summer Orientation](http://deanofstudents.utexas.edu/nss/sumorient.php)

Make sure to bring your own bedding, including a thicker grade blanket. Bring your own towel, shampoo, etc. Make sure to have longer pajamas and slippers. It’s honestly freezing in there.

Yes, definitely bring warm clothes to sleep in and a decent blanket. Bring light clothes for the day though.
