<p>I'm a current student at SC and am soon to be graduating. I'm looking to get into the hospitality industry and am in the middle of exploring options in order to open up a restaurant around the USC area as soon as I finish up school.</p>
<p>What type of cuisine are YOU missing/craving??
What type of restaurant do you believe would do well in this area?</p>

<p>Not everyone here is a student. You’d have much better luck surveying students directly such as on the various groups for the dorms or apartment complexes or simply asking people on campus.</p>
