<p>I have gotten an email from UCSB and UCI, but now UCLA or Cal…anyone received an email from cal or ucla yet?</p>
<p>They are coming back in different ways. I received confirmation from UCSC by mail in December and UCI by email in December. UC admissions sent me an email and a letter confirmation with ID number, and on Jan. 3rd I received a confirmation email from UCSB. I received a mail confirmation yesterday from Riverside. But nothing yet from UCLA, Cal or Merced. Cal and Merced are both on semester systems so I'm guessing their winter break was at a different time than the others, which may factor in on this.</p>
<p>Would you also post when you submitted your application? I'm not sure if that has any bearing or not. S2 has only heard back from UCSC, and he sent in his application around November 24th. </p>

<p>Application submitted November 30th, about 5 hours before deadline. Received UCI by email on 12/26; UC confirmation of app. on 11/30; mail end of December, and the first communication I received was from UCSC by mail, so that would have come before 12/26. I'm in state if that makes a difference, but California mail is pretty weird. Sometimes it will take a day to get across the state and other times it will take 5 days to get across the street. I'm going on a tour of UCLA on Thurs. and I'll see if I can get any info. from them.</p>
<p>I've received e-mails from UCI, UCD, and UCSB, but I haven't heard from UCSD or UCLA yet. I don't think UCLA has sent them out yet so don't worry about it.</p>

<p>Submitted the 29th. Received UCI and general app confirmation in December. Haven't heard from UCLA or UCB though.</p>

<p>Yup, UCSD sent me snail mail yesterday. They gives you a site where you can check your application status and eventually see your admission decision.</p>

<p>i also received a letter from UCSD. They gave me an ID number to log on and check my application status. I tried it yesterday but it doesn't work. How about you guys who received the same thing?</p>
<p>sweetdream - Same happened to me yesterday, but I tried again today and it went through.</p>
<p>same thing happened to me. I signed in as a new user, and created a password, but it wouldn't let me log in. I don't get it?!?!?!</p>
