I asked this in the Penn and Dartmouth forum a while ago. I'm interested if anyone has the numbers. Thanks!

They said they accepted, rejected, and deferred roughly a third of candidates per grouping.

I saw an article that said something like 28%

645 accepted out of 2,282 ED applicants for an acceptance rate of about 28%

645 out of 2227. It was 2287 total, but 60 of them switched from E.D. to R.D.

Haha, I was one of those 60. Does anyone have sat/act and class rank info?

how do you switch from ed to rd? I don’t understand?

You have everything set up to do the application, but not submit it I guess. Either way I’ve almost completed RD.

if you applied E.D., you were given a deadline that you could have switched before, i think it might have been november 15 or something, and they move you into the RD pool

Maybe not then, I dunno really.

I applied E.D. and I never knew about this. Clearly, I was just quickly skimming through the emails admissions was sending to me :)
