<p>I'm guessing you go to Stuy, BxSci, Tech or SiTech or the other technical high schools. I think it will not affect you, as long as you continue with the wonderful grades that you have right now. You are only a sophomore, I'm guessing; you'll be fine. Keep up your high 90s.</p>

<p>You need 100 credits to graduate and I have 112 just after junior year. The last 5 classes on the list are outside the timetable... I know it looks like I fit a lot in.</p>

I would think that would simply make your grades inflated in a different way. The fact that 80+ is considered an A means that a huge number of students will get straight A's because the standard is so much lower. Not to mention the standard for failure is much lower too which means not as many people fail as they do in the United States.</p>

<p>YES!!! I can't believe it! I pulled off an A- in Spanish! I had a B for semester 1, a B+ for semester 2, and I somehow ended up with an A- for final year grade! Thank you, Ms. Kaufman!</p>
