<p>Our school has a policy where we prove we've applied two weeks before the actual deadline, but the deadline is December 5th for January 1st applications. All I'd like to know is if I were to apply December 8th and that meant my stuff would get there around January 4-6 or something, would 1/1 deadline colleges be upset? I'm applying to Stanford (1/3), BU, Columbia, Yale, NYU, Tufts, and Johns Hopkins.I know many of you would like to suggest to call them, but I have severe telephone anxiety, so I wanted to ask here first.</p>
<p>First, you should not be sending the transcript but your GC. Second, the colleges give some leeway for deadlines on things the student doesn’t control. This should not be a problem.</p>
