What will happen if there's two dropped high school courses?

So I'm a high school senior who has already applied to the UCs. This year I found myself struggling in my Honors Stats class and AP Calc AB class and I've already dropped my Honors Stats class because my grades were so low. I'm considering to drop AP Calc AB since my grade is also failing but then there will be two withdrawals on my transcript. I know I have to notify the UCs but will this look bad? I've already completed all of my a-g courses and math requirements but if the UCs see that I have dropped two classes will I be in danger? Overall my grades for my high school career have been steady As and Bs, but I'm dropping these math classes because I'm getting below C-.

BTW if I happened to already got into one of the UCs (Riverside) and messaged them my dropped courses will I be rescinded?

You need to call the admissions offices. Being dropped is a possibility but we can’t make that prediction. You do need to tell them. Call right away so you can make your plans accordingly. Be upfront about it, as they will find out anyway. I know that my son’s school, for one, will make a report even if the student doesn’t. His teachers warned the classes that they WILL be notifying colleges of any grades lower than a C.

Yeah, they may well rescind. Call UCR and your pending UCs now… like right now… If they do dump you, you need to know ASAP so you can get busy with plan B.
Good luck.
