So over here we used to (stopped 5 years ago) do SATs in our 3rd year of HS (we only do 5 years) so will the college I apply for want to see my grades? They're really bad, I thought I didn't have to revise when really I did.

Also I'm currently redoing my diploma (not because I have to but instead because I want to) will I have to show them the grades for that too? They're good we'll apart from one but the problem is I only have proof of one of them as they only give one certificate out which has 1 grade on (of course mine being the worst one) and the assignment grades at the back.

The general requirements are the following:

Colleges want to see your school grades (grades given in each subject at the end of the semester or the year; not your individual assignment grades though) for the last 4 years of high school.

If you have taken secondary school leaving exams (e.g. A-levels), colleges want to see the results from those. If you have taken exams at the end of “lower secondary school” (e.g. O-levels), colleges want to know those results as well.

If you are going to re-take school leaving exams that you have already taken once, colleges will probably want to see the results you got initially if you don’t have your new grades yet.
