Do American universities look at your grades for the last 3 yrs of school or the last 4 yrs of school? Lyk if I apply after grade 13 will they look at my scores for grade 11, 12 and my latest scores for grade 13 or will they look at my scores for tenth grade as well?

last 4 years, sometimes 3, grade 12th, 11th, 10th, 9th

Most will look at the grades for all four years, some will only look at the last three. It also depends on how your secondary school records are kept in your country or at your school. For example, some US high schools are only three years (10, 11, and 12), and the student's grades from year 9 are on a middle school or junior high school transcript and don't appear on the high school transcript.

What is more important than the precise number of years of grades, is that your grades are good, and that you have taken challenging classes. If you start out with not-so-good grades at the beginning, but your grades show clear improvement over the years that is a very good thing too.
