...you wrote a really good essay but then drew pictures at the bottom of it on the exam? My friend did that two years ago on the World History exam. He said he wrote a 3 paragraph essay (which obviously wasn't that great) on the effects of WWII in the Middle East, and then drew some tanks at the bottom with some little guys with turbans on. Would the grader take off for the pictures, or would they just ignore them? Just wondering lol...

I did that last year on APUSH and got a 4...wasnt too bad. My friend also wrote on his "test dually sodomized by 'name here'" As long as the content was good.

I've got lots of friends who mess around on free responses, because the readers HAVE to read EVERY WORD you write.

True stories:
1. One friend finished his test and wrote a page's worth of song lyrics at the bottom of the page. The reader was forced to read it.

One friend wrote "Fuck The AP People"

One friend made a word search with the correct answer to the question inside of the word search (spelled correctly from left to right). We think he got credit for it =).

They have to read every word? HAHA, do you know how many letters I have written to the AP people on the FR's about incompetent teachers. I always thought they ignored them

well, a few years ago someone from my school drew a p*nis on the cover of the APUSH free response booklet and every exam from our school got thrown out...

The readers don't have to do anything. If you want to present less than your best effort in answering the question to the readers, it's your grade. It would seem to me that after spending the time and effort of either taking a course or self-studying you would want to put your best foot forward. Answers in a word search will NOT get credit, as the guidelines call for answers in a paragraph form. Writing obscenities and threats on you paper will get it pulled for investigation. Complaining about teachers and stupid song lyrics may result in the reader missing legitimate information.

i wrote to them about my class not having text books so please excuse the incompetence of my essays

last year i wrote that i was sick and for antoher one i wrote my teacher sucked
