<p>Duke, hands down. I love Duke, plus with a degree from there I can get a high paying job to pay my parents/loans back.</p>

<p>Go Duke... you'll have an excellent education AND experience, and I doubt you'll regret going there.</p>

<p>While it's hard to beat Duke in prestige, Brandeis is still a very good school, and I'm a northeastern Jew. I guess I'm just biased!</p>

<p>Depends how much aid Duke gives. I wouldn't go there if I had to pay the full $40,000 (or however much it is). I would go there however, even if I had to pay a couple thousand over a full scholarship.</p>

<p>I agree; if it were almost full-freight at Duke and free-ride at Brandeis, I'd take Brandeis, but if it were half at Duke and full at Brandeis, then probably Duke.</p>

<p>Brandeis- provided that you would feel comfortable there. A degree from Duke or from any prestige school does not guarantee you a high paying job. Of course, it depends what the cost difference to you is. If Duke would be 20K more, that is quite negligible- it's the cost of one car. If it is 50K, that not negligible.</p>
