What're my chances Minnesota and Madison

Hi, I have a 3.6 GPA.
Freshman year I took advanced language arts 9
Sophomore year I took advanced language arts 10
Junior year no advanced classes
I am currently taking AP US History, AP Lit, and Adv Algebra 2 as a senior.
I have a 21 ACT score BUT I am heavily involved in school activities
I currently have over 320 hours of community service
I have participated in Key Club, DECA, schools dance team for 1 year, received many service hours awards including a presidential award, library assistant, National Honor Society,Student council rep, football team manager, FBLA treasurer, and have held two jobs in high school.

What are my chances for Minnesota?

And what are my chances for Madison? (I do realize I will have to write a really good essay)

What are your non-reaches?

I don’t know about Minnesota, but as a Wisconsin native I think your Madison chances are slim due to your ACT score. I’ve never met anyone with less than a 25 get in unless they are a football recruit.

Madison is a reach. Minnesota might be a high match if you bring up your scores. Take the ACT again in december and study really hard. English and Reading are super easy to bring up if you just memorize a few rules, I brought each up to near perfect scores by taking a few practice tests. I have no advice for math since I can’t score above a 27 ever. Science I am told to just find the answers in the data but I always miss a few. If you bring them up you’ll have a much better chance at both.
