What're my chances of getting accepted to UPenn, Boston U, U of Delaware, U of Vermont, & U Maryland

So
I'm a junior in high school due to graduate in 2015. I attend a charter school as a magnet student from an area located further south from my school and my magnet focus is international affairs/global issues. My GPA is a 3.79 and I haven't taken the SAT as of yet. Projecting a 2250+ in the end. My first shot at it is in the early phases of May (after a prep course in March). I'm an African-American male from Georgia who and I'm in the IB Diploma program at my school. Before starting IB, I took 2 AP classes as a sophomore and 1 as a freshman. Additionally, I took all honors courses (excluding math in 9th & 10th, and chemistry in 10th).

EC:
Varsity Lacrosse
Private Piano Lessons
Beta Club
National Japanese Honors Society
FBLA
Model UN
Music Club
WOF Tech Ministry Director
Japanese Club/Anime Club

I also speak fluent Japanese (although I'm not "half/mixed"/etc).

In addition to commenting on my odds of getting accepted into UPenn, could you also share some strategies that I could implement in hopes of increasing my likelihood of acceptance and make myself a more attractive candidate overall?

This is my first post on this site, however any input would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, you are a very unique student! Presuming, of course, your SAT score is as good as expected, I’d say you could get in to the vast majority of schools. UPenn will be a breeze for you to get into.
