What're my chances of getting accepted to UPenn?

So
I'm a junior in high school due to graduate in 2015. My GPA is a 3.79 and I haven't taken the SAT as of yet. My first shot at it is in the early phases of May (after a prep course in March). I'm an African-American male from Georgia who and I'm in the IB Diploma program at my school. Before starting IB, I took 2 AP classes as a sophomore and 1 as a freshman. Additionally, I took all honors courses (excluding math in 9th & 10th, and chemistry in 10th).

EC:
Varsity Lacrosse
Private Piano Lessons
Beta Club
National Japanese Honors Society
FBLA
Model UN
Music Club
WOF Tech Ministry Director
Japanese Club/Anime Club

I also speak fluent Japanese (although I'm not "half/mixed"/etc).

In addition to commenting on my odds of getting accepted into UPenn, could you also share some strategies that I could implement in hopes of increasing my likelihood of acceptance and make myself a more attractive candidate overall?

This is my first post on this site, however any input would be greatly appreciated.

The most important factor is gpa, try to keep that up. Pursue some leadership positions in your extra curriculars, community service. Admissions at these colleges are very random, and no one can really comment on the odds. Try to take your SAT II’s as you finish the related AP course, so the material is fresh in your mind.

GPA, leadership, SAT over 2000, preferably over 2100 (still apply if you get an 1800 or above, you never know), great essays and slamming recommendations.

No secret sauce. All the ingredients every student needs.
