<p>Do you mean to give to your teaches for recs? I put awards I'd won, extracurriculars, jobs, volunteer experience, certifications, some projects I'd done around the school, as well as a brief paragraph discussing my goals for university. Very similar to a resume, except more detailed than what I would normally send out.</p>
