Whats BC like?

Whats BC like?

Whats bad about it?

Whats good about it?

What are the professors like?

Are the pre-med kids cut-throat?

This is an extraordinarily broad question. Ask more specific questions and I will give you more specific answers. If you want a general overview, I would advise buying or checking out one of the million college guide books. Many of them are very good. Despite all of this, I will give you a brief version.

Pros:
Student Life
Proximity to Boston
Quality of classes and professors

Cons:
Student body is largely either upper middle class white kids or asians
Common gathering space is very limited
Dorms can be hit and miss

Professors are generally approachable and extremely well educated. Avoiding the ones that aren’t is simple.

The pre-med students are in no way cut throat. Because our pre-med program is so rigorous, by the end of sophomore year only people that have a true interest in medicine and science will remain in the program. I would argue that our pre-med program is the most understated program at BC.

Basically, all of the most important elements are exemplary at BC. The only downfalls it has pertain to minor college life nuances.
