<p>I know my stats are very average for U of M. I was just wondering, if I got deferred, what my chances would be of ultimately getting accepted.</p>

<p>You're worrying too much. Your GPA and ACT scores are both in the 75th percentile and you're instate. I don't see how you'd get deferred.</p>
<p>I don't know if you're worrying too much, but I can tell you one thing: anyone who believes they can tell you what your "deferral chances" are, or what your chances are of being admitted would be after deferral, either has a crystal ball or is a total posturing liar.</p>
