Whats my chances of getting into wake forest, george washington university or bowdoin test optional?

I have very low test scores so I decided to go test optional. What are the chances that I could get into any of theses schools.

Now if you tell me that you moved to the US from Somalia as a sophomore in high school you have the making of an interesting application. Where is the AP Math? What kind of class rank do you have with a 4.6 / 3.7? I don’t think GW is a problem but the other two not so sure. Bowdoin, despite being test optional is highly selective
