What's my shot for transferring to Colorado College, UMich, JHU, Cornell, Tufts, George Washington U

I'm a Sophomore at Northern Michigan University majoring in International Relations/International Studies w/ an Econ minor. I'm considering transferring for Fall 2015. My eventual interest is South Asian studies, this will be reflected in ECs/possibly essays

So high school I sucked. My HS GPA was a 2.65, my ACT was a 29 which saved my ass. Apathy and apathy and apathy. I'm hoping this doesn't matter too much since I'll be transferring in as a junior. My essays could center on showing my personal growth from High school> gap year> couple years so far at university.

I just finished my 3rd semester at college. I have a 3.86 cumulative GPA. I'm a white male - sadly this matters.

ECs include:
2013- 3 months spent in India/Nepal backpacking and occasionally volunteering during a gap year.
2014- 2 additional months spent in India, 6 weeks of it as a Corporate Global Risk analyst intern (non-financial; included security, crime, terrorist, and political risk) at Pinkerton near New Delhi
2014 Barnard Award Winner (English prize from my university)
2013 Intern at Quicken Loans,
2014 Club Model UN member
Detroit Heidelberg Project volunteer
Gleaners Food Bank volunteer
7 year tennis player
7 year snowboarder

Should clarify that the Barnard Award is for narrative writing
