I wanted to go to Law school since 5th grade and right now I'm a senior in HS/college freshman (WA Running Start program) and still thinking about going down that route.
However, which major is best to prepare you for Law school?
Right now I'm taking all business classes, most of them are 200-level, and I thought majoring in something like International Business would be a great choice, since I can speak four languages :).
I originally thought about choosing a major like Communications, or even a BS in Oceanography, just because Comm is considered an "easy" major and I absolutely love to talk, but I'm not so sure anymore.
Would it be a bad idea to major in International Business?
What major would you suggest?

There is no “best” major for law school; majors such as Political Science, Philosophy, International Business are all popular among law-school applicants. I think many would agree that a major requiring an extensive amount of writing, reading, and critical thinking would benefit you along the road, though.

You seem to be on track, 4 languages is a plus…I’ll tell you that alot of lawyers sort of look down their noses at business majors and business school grads…but I don’t have a good sense of how pervasive that it. All I know is that I have met and am related to some…
