When I first took the SAT in January I got 710 in math (missed 4), 730 in CR (missed 3), and 770 in writing (missed 1 with an essay score of 10). I'm taking the SAT on June 1 and don't really know what to focus on to improve my score. I know that the January SAT curve for CR was harsher than usual so I'm hoping for an increase there as well as an increase in the essay score. However, I don't know what to focus on. It seems the essay grading is extremely subjective and I'm confused as to how to improve that score. Any tips, on the essay and overall?

essay: come up with examples that could be molded to any topic beforehand and come up with a format to use.
overall: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE If you don’t already have the bluebook, get it, and do every single practice test in the back. It will help, and it will improve your scores.
