How do “All Scores” schools see my SAT score history? It is written on the CollegeBoard website that colleges can’t see your score without your permission.
A friend of mine (who has been admitted this year to Harvard, Brown, MIT,…) had never heard of “All Scores” schools. Neither had another friend, who has been admitted to Cornell (which is an “All Scores” school); she told me that she had asked the admission office of Cornell if she could submit only one SAT score (the highest), and they said yes.
Can you choose not to send your lower SAT scores to these schools? How will they see these scores if you don’t directly send them?
There are lots of schools that require you to send ALL scores. I don’t know why your friends have never heard of this.
Here is an article about it:

Here is Cornell’s requirement:

Again, I don’t know why your friend would tell you Cornell doesn’t require all scores.
For each school you apply to, review their requirements. It is clearly stated on each school’s admissions requirements pages.
If you apply to a school that requires all scores, then you go into your college board account (or ACT) and send ALL scores.
If you apply to a school that just asks for one, then send your best.
If the school will superscore, then send all (or if they don’t require all scores, send your top combination).
Your high school MAY have SAT scores on your transcript. Though they aren’t considered official notification of score, you’d have a hard time hiding scores.
Otherwise, the only way a school will see your scores is if you send them. If you send your best only, and not ALL as may be required, you’ll have to face the consequences if the school finds out. And, you’ll have to be ok with being deceitful.
