<p>(I realize that in answering the above question, aspects of why you want to go to Penn would naturally become evident, but it doesn't encompass things like how great Philadelphia is, the school's atmosphere, etc.)</p>

They don’t need you to tell them how great Philadelphia is or what the school atmosphere is like. They know that. They want to know what academic/research/extracurricular opportunities you will be exploring in the context of Penn.</p>
