My mom told be a child of her co-worker is a sophomore who attends my school. And he was afraid to say hi and make friends with me because he thought I was "cocky" and "stuck-up". My mom then was like you do have this unapproachable attitude. Truth is I'm the opposite and I'm very nice and friendly, I really dislike stuck-up people and to be told that was kinda hurtful.

When I read the first sentence, I thought your mom told you to be a child of her co-worker. haha

OMG this is so my day. As a matter of fact, a mom of a co…er, student did, in fact, actually take a jab at me competing with her kid. I was hurt for a few minutes until I realized what a total boundary-cross that was lol. But seriously, though, shouldn’t parents, like, you know, not interfere with their kids’ fellow kids? That’s just kind of wrong. Ruined my day too.

I’ve had my parents say I’m an idiot for applying to MIT, while their kid applies to Princeton.
I’ve also had people say I’m a jerk, and I’m heartless. Truly, I probably am.

My brother told me that I would never get into the universities I intend to apply to.
There’s a few more I can’t be bothered typing.

Pshh be real

^^^Nah, I think you’re cool man.

Anything from my parents in the last few hours. Damn.

Multiple teachers have asked me whether I have ADD, and if so whether I’m off my meds. Not that I consider a little hyperness bad, per se.

I did a mock interview with my college counselor and he told me to be prepared for the question, “What is your weakness?” I gave him a few options I thought I could talk about, but he rejected them all, telling me that what I actually am is stubborn.

^Stubbornness is a decent weakness, especially if you say something like single-mindedness instead.

I just got in trouble cause i was throwing darts on my wall and i was trying to see how far i could get them to stick and she thought there was an animal in the wall and when she came in she saw all the holes in the wall. I wont say everything she said, but she was really really mad! Its my room, so i dont see what the huge deal is.

heylook, someone just called me ugly >.>

I was just called heartless…

I was called a dick/****** by my friend because I didn’t want to give him a ride home. It was pretty shocking because that was the first time he ever really got mad at me. But comon now, it’s not my obligation to give rides…

I was called obsessed with college. Yeah…

Lazy, nasty heffer. Mother should have used the word “*****” instead.

^^ Agreed.

some one called me chicken arms cause they work out their biceps reall well

I was called conceited in my AP Chem and AP Calc classes by this dude. Hes like “You’re great at helping others understand the material, but you do it in a a slightly conceited manner”

I wasn’t angry though… because it’s kind of true. Oh well… I just got frustrated because they don’t pay attention in class then expect me to teach the chapter the night before the test…

I’m stubborn as hell and I’ll admit it, but I like to think I give in and admit my faults when they reveal themselves. Others have told me that I do not do this.

Oh, and this one girl told me I “base my life off school” because I care about my grades and am applying to selective schools. She’s ranked second in our class, though. How sad.

Lately, someone said I worry too much and that I’m self-deprecating. Personally, I think I don’t think so, so balls to them.
