What's your class schedule like?

I'm still in high school, but I'm curious as to how much time people in college actually spend in class. So how many classes are you taking? How many hours are you there? How many days a week do you have class?

All my classes have 1hr lectures either MWF or TTh, and then for each science class there's an additional 3-4hr lab section each week, and then some non-science classes also have 1hr sections apart from (or instead of, depending on the class) lecture. The way the administrators for one class broke it down was that for each hour spent in lecture, you should be spending 3 hrs outside of class on the material and for each hour spent in lab you should be spending 1hr outside of class on the material. IMO, that is a gross overestimate of the amount of time you need to spend on a class in order to do well.

M: 12:40-1:30
T: 8-9:15, 12:45-2, 2:20-3:35, 3:55-5:10
W: 12:40-1:30
R: 8-9:15, 12:45-2, 2:20-3:35, 3:55-5:10
F: 12:40-1:30, 1:50-3:40 (every other week lab), 4-5:15

Not my best schedule I've had, but not too bad. I'm currently taking 15 hours. You'll find though that 15 hours will mean two completely different things based on the type of courses you take (I.E. engineering classes vs liberal arts classes).

Mwf: 11:30-12:20
tth: 10:30-12:20, 1:00-3:00

I am taking 15 credit hours. I have class everyday. Two classes MW, one F, and 3 TR. My schedule is like this:
MW 11-11:50am, 3-4:15pm
F 11-11:50am
TR 8-9:15am, 11am-12:15pm, 2-3:15pm
It's decent, I don't really like how it is spaced out, but it gives me time to work out and do office hours for an organization I'm in, or go home to eat/take a nap, etc. Those 8am's are killing me though. It's brutal. I am a senior and this is actually the first time I've had an 8am class ever (well, since high school anyway) and I am so not used to it. Naps are my friend.

My schedule this term is pretty unusual. I'm taking 13 credits. I go 6 hours straight two days a week, plus a random 1 hour class. I thought it would be nice to only have classes three days a week - but now I don't think it's not worth it. 6 hours is a LONG time to sit in class with NO breaks (just long enough to walk from class to class).

Media Communication - 10-11:50 MW
Intercultural Communication - 12:1:50 MW
Religion and the Human Experience 2-3:50 MW
The Psychology Major - 12-12:50 Th

This semester I have things really easy. MWF I have class & work from 12:45 - 3:50 TTH I have class/work from 9:30 - 1:50. Two of my classes we get out about 20 minutes early. I'm taking 14 credits. I do have to do 20hrs of community service this semester though.

Last semester was pretty bad, Usually was at school by 8 or 9 and didn't get back until 5ish. I was taking 17 credits then, and had a couple of 3 hour labs.

17 Credits, 3 classes are live and 3 are online,

I have class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Monday: 1 40-4 30pm
Tuesday: 10 30-11 45am and 3-5 45pm
Thursday: 10 30-11 45am

One course I didn't count is a film orientation class that's Fridays but it ends next week.

I am in class 14 hours a week. That's only three hours a day but it feels like a lot more because they are spread out between 9am and 3pm, with 20-60 minutes of commute between the campuses where each class is taught.

I am really sorry for a science friend of mine because she is in class from 10am to 4pm every day without a lunch break - half of that time goes towards lectures and half is labs. Then she has another 1-2 hours of recitation at night 4 days a week.

Wait, so if you're a Science/Engineering Major your schedule is longer? Harder? more time consuming?

Computer Science major
21 credits.

Schedule
Monday - 8:30am until 6:00pm
Tuesday - 8:30am until 12:30pm
Wednesday - 11:30 am until 12:45pm
Thursday - 8:30am until 12:30pm
Friday - 8:30am until 6:00pm
Plus an additional 4 credits for an internship
Took forever to get the credit-overloading approved.

Also taking 16 credits over the summer

Monday: classes nonstop from 8:30-12:20.
Tuesday: 6pm-8:30.
Wednesday: 8:30-12:20, lab 1-2:50, second lab 6-8.
Thursday: none.
Friday: 8:30-12:20.

On tuesday mornings and for four hours on thursday I have work at the on-campus kennel, though, so I don't actually have as much free time as it seems.

Biology major(concentration in neuroscience), physical anthropology minor
19 credits

Schedule
M: 9.35-10.30, 11.45-12.40, 12.50-2.10
Tu: 8.20-9.40, 9.50-11.10, 11.20-12.40, 12.50-2.10
W: 9.35-10.30, 11.45-12.40, 12.50-5.10(lab)
Th: 8.20-9.40, 9.50-11.10
F=M

English Major: 15 credits.

MWF: 10-11:20

T/Th: 12-1:50, 2-3:50

A very easy schedule, but hours and hours and hours of reading.

Freshmen ~18 semester units
MWF 9-9:50, 10-10:50, 11-11:50
Tues 9-10:20, 10:30-11:50, 1:10-2, 2:40-4
Thurs 9-10:20, 10:30-11:50, 1:10-4

I like this schedule. Done by classes early on MWF, thus I have plenty of time to do hw due on Tues/Thurs. In addition, not so much hw on MWF

Mine that bad actually

18 Credits

MW: 8-9:15 AM, 11:10-12:35 PM, 2:20 PM - 3:45 PM, 7:10 PM- 10:30PM (Only Monday for this night class)
T-Th: 8-10:05 AM, 11:10 PM- 2:20 PM, 7:10 PM-9:45 PM

Pretty good, I must admit:

M: 11:30-1:00 PM
T: 10:00-11:30 AM, 1:00-2:30 PM
W: 11:30-1:00 PM, 2:30-4:00 PM, 6:30-8:00 PM
Th: 10:00-11:30 AM, 1:00-2:30 PM

I can't do classes before 10 (and even that I struggle to wake up for) and most of the classes in my major at my school aren't held on Friday's so I don't have classes then. The only downside is that since right after class I have work a few days a week so I can't start working on assignments usually until 9 PM, but I'm a night owl so it's typically not a problem.
