I am applying to Columbia Engineering(Fu Foundation) and they require me to take two SATII test. On their website they say that they accept January SATs. I am registered to take Physics and Math 2 in January but how should I send in my score? Should I use the free score send which includes the reasoning and subject tests now.(Only problem with this method is that I don't when my reasoning test scores will be sent. Does it send everything only when the subject test scores become available?) Or should I first send the reasoning and pay the fee and then send it again when my Subject Test Scores become available? I don't want admissions to think I won't send any tests. And is there a place on common app where I could notify them of the situation? Thanks in advance.

Have you already taken the SATI? If so, then you should’ve used the free score send to send your SATI scores to Columbia. Just do the same for the SATII subject tests.

I have taken the SAT 1.
Okay so I should send in my SAT1 score now and then send in my January SAT2 score? Or should I send everything all at once once I get my SAT 2 score?

You didn’t send your SATI score when you took it? Then I’d say send the SATI score now. Don’t wait until you’ve done the SATII.

And if I do send my SAT1 scores now, they won’t mark my application as incomplete? And when I send in my SAT scores, should I send them an email explaining the Subject Test Scores are coming on a later date?
