I am filling out a paper application. I need two letters of rec. and official transcripts. They have forms for each. I just sent my transcript request forms to my undergrad schools. I plan on getting the letters done within the next two weeks. The program's deadline is July 15 so I have a couple months here. My question is, do I wait for the school to receive my supporting documents before sending in the actual application, or should I just send in the application now? Do they hold the application and open a file and wait for the other materials to arrive? I'm just trying to make sure I do this the best way that won't jeopardize my chances of getting accepted. It's probably impossible for them to receive everything at exactly the same time, so I'm just trying to coordinate this in the best way possible.

graduate admission don’t care whether they receive everything at same time… If you have time till July 15, revise your statement of purpose for the school you are applying and send in about month or 2 in advance before it is due. You can request transcript after you send it and usually professor ask month in advance for your Letter of Recommendation.
