When are decisions this year?

I've heard March 31st from some, and April 4th from others. Any know an exact date?

march 31st for sure

def by april 1st

Has anyone who applied RD to any college been admitted? Or received a likely letter or something? When do the rolling admissions start?

rolling starts february 15th

cornell has rolling admission?

some of the colleges do...

if you look at the freshman grid you will see that cals, hotel, and ilr have rolling starting some time in feb.

^ does this include the decision of deferred students?

CALS rolling begins in mid-March

grantortue, are you sure it's going to take that long for CALS decisions to come out? I was hoping that I would find out soon after February 15th.

<a href="http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/firstyear/Freshman_Admission_Requirements_Grid.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/firstyear/Freshman_Admission_Requirements_Grid.pdf</a></p>

CALS begins rolling on Feb 15....and there are a number of factors that could affect when you get your decision....

Hmm, the assistant director of admissions said to me, "I know we have to hand in our decisions by February 29th"

So I guess it is possible for some earlier acceptances to get theirs before mid-March, but he said the vast majority would be received near St.Patrick's Day and Easter. I'm just going by what he said, since he is making the decisions.

Not very many people find out in Feburary or early March. Don't bank on it.
