When should applicants send their AP scores to USC? By Dec 1st for merit scholarship consideration??

When and if they get accepted. In the meantime, self report the scores on the application.

The official score report is not needed for the application or for merit consideration.

Agree ^^^. They only need the self reported scores for now. Waste of money to mail them unless admitted.
