When do Housing Apps Open?

Well, I got in EA surprisingly (35 ACT, 4.07W GPA OOS).

Any who, I am wondering when the housing apps open. Do they open at midnight tonight, or 8 am tomorrow (EST)?

Dorm recommendations? Do you have to be in specific programs to live in certain dorms as a freshman?

It is now open. I would recommend staying near the Hill or Meyers communities since those are central locations for most first year classes.
