When do letters/packages come? - (in China)

<p>I've received the decisions by email... but aren't schools supposed to send a paper letter/package as well? I've checked my mailbox but nothings in there. And I don't know when it'll get here...</p>

<p>Has anyone else gotten their 'snail-mail' letters yet? (which schools)?</p>

<p>PS: i live in china, so it'll probably be slower. but how much slower? i hope i don't have to wait for two or three weeks =(</p>

<p>Sorry to disappoint, but I recall receiving my Choate acceptance package something like an entire month after March 10th in Shanghai… Just forget about it for the moment, you’ll get all the cool stuff eventually. :D</p>

<p>It took about a week for my daughter’s packet from Choate to arrive last year, and we are in the US.</p>

<p>Oh, I see. But don’t the packages contain important information about the school? Don’t you need to sign contracts and fill out forms and hand them in before a due date?</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure I filled out the questionnaires online on GoChoate, they should be sending you an email soon with information.</p>

<p>We got NMH parcel yesterday in Shanghai. I notice NMH sent by UPS on March 08.</p>

<p>Ohmygosh, yes… Japan’s situation is really bad now… I hope everyone there is alright, not just the students who applied for BS! But I do hope that the disaster doesn’t affect their boarding school opportunity.</p>

UPS called me at my home to be sure somebody is at home to receive the parcel, then they come to deliver.</p>

<p>Im in the US and I am still waiting to hear from the schools i applied to. I also applied to a school out of the country and i am waiting for that mail to come in too, so i know how you feel :/</p>
