hey eccentricme, i didnt get in either = [..well, yeah my second choice is fordham too..soo i hope i get into that. and look on the bright side, u will get int oa school as good as barnard, & plus u can always transfer..im thinking to transfer into colombia in my second year or for graduate school, soo in ur face barnard = P lol

hey dreaming18 lol i have no rancor with Barnard, after thinking about it for a while, if it wasnt for my desire to be at Barnard I wouldnt have gotten into the others. My SAT scores were in the 1600s when i aspired to barnard and ended up with a 1910. I have a friend who actually transfered from Barnard to Fordham and tells me the classes are at the same level of intellectual. Everybody here in school wants to slap me and pardon my vocab lol because I got into NYU, but im just like ehhh.

wow, thants great to hear ur SAT scores went up!, and u got into NYU!! wow, thats just as amazing!

jeje thanks, Good Luck girl, wish you and everybody the best, Let me know where you end up if you want, we might end up at the same place =p

I haven't gotten a letter yet :( I live overseas, but it's probably still a bad sign that it's taking so long.

accepted!! :D :D :D

i just got the letter in the mail today about 10 minutes ago and i live in morris county, nj

eh... rejected. I was depressed for all of... 2 seconds. I hope this doesn't mean I get rejected from Columbia too. Congrats to all who got in!

lucky you im pretty sad, but my mommie got me a kite lol (dont ask)

I live in Miami and my friend just got rejected. She lives about 30 blocks away and I haven't gotten any mail from Barnard. The weird thing is i got priority envelopes from other schools...it could be my mailman...(or mailwoman) but i don't know...any thoughts?

i got waitlisted. and fordham isn't a bad school ^ you guys up there.

I got accepted today! Soo excited, because my financial aid package in bangin'. Barnard just jumped way high on my list of schools to attend; my mom's telling me I basically have a choice between Barnard and Smith.

my letter didnt come in the mail today! i hate living so far away in a place with slow mail. maybe tomorrow. congrats, everyone! miadust- when do you find out about your pointe scholarship?

D was waitlisted...Barnard was in her top four. Best thing is that she has no rejections so we are 3-0-2 in sports parlance!

Waitlisted! I'm kind of actually really bummed, because I wanted to end up at Barnard - we'll see how things turn out.

Can anyone ADMITTED log into the Events page by using the TRACKING NUMBER now?

yep, i just got in and the events page worked for me.

So, I'm away on vacation right now, and so my decision letter is in a pile of mail that's being held at the post office...but following CellistX's cue, I logged in to the events page.

It said "Welcome, (my name)...we hope you can attend one or more of the events below" (not verbatim btw)

Does this mean I'm IN????!!!?????? I tried logging in with a random # and it said "ID not recognized!" but I was just thinking that anyone who was in the system might be able to log in, whatever the decision.

I hate stressful vacations! this is so aggravating...

Ann- My daughter was denied to Barnard yesterday :-( and when I saw your post on the Barnard thread I thought I would test the Event link to see if she was able to access it with her Barnard ID #. She was not, which makes me think that only accepted students are given access to this link. Wishing you luck! Relax + enjoy your vaca!
