<p>Does anyone know when Barnard is expected to mail their decisions this year? My D is anxiously awaiting an answer and Barnard is at the top of her list…</p>

<p>I guess Barnard is at the top of her list but W&M at the very top? Lol. (Our daughters are applying to some of the same schools.)</p>
<p>One of the admissions counselors told me that they mailed decisions the last week of March. This is a sort of vague answer, but it's the best I have. Whatever the actual date, though, it's the final stretch! :)</p>

<p>Yes, it is true. The NYC thing is still intimidating to her since she grew up in New England. I am a native New Yorker, so it's not a concern to me...but I went to college 30 years ago! Anyway...Barnard, BC and W&M all right up at the top...</p>
<p>OK...so it's now the 19th and we have heard nothing since we received forms from Financial Aid. Any news, anywhere?</p>
<p>Generally Barnard sends out its admission packages during the last week of March. I think it would be reasonable for you to expect to receive something between Monday & Wednesday of next week. (This is NOT based on official/current info .... its just that the 25th is a more realistic date than the 19th).</p>
<p>i called them today! they are in the process of mailing them out!!!!!! i'm guessing early next week (Tuesday, Wed.. for people who live in the Tri-state, new england area)</p>
<p>It says on the Barnard website that admitted students will be able to start logging in on the 25th to RSVP for events. So even if you haven't gotten the envelope by then, I guess you'll know by whether or not you can get into the admitted students site. Yikes...so soon!!</p>

<p>I think I'm going to have to ban my family from checking the mail until the beginning of April... I keep telling myself not to think about it but I just can't make myself stop! All I want is to get into Barnard -- quite honestly, everywhere else could reject me and I'd be fine... <em>ball of stress</em></p>

<p>hey guys...i called barnard admissions yesterday and they said they will mail everything out next week, so probably we will recieve the admissions letter (those in tri-state area) around wednesday or thrursday, def, sumtime next week..
