I thought I saw something about this at MyBama, but now I can’t find it. Anyone know?

Son is anxious about one of his grades – will it be B+ or A- ? The prof was extremely picky, especially on quizzes. :o (PM me if you want to know whom to avoid, lol.)

Son is more sanguine about his other grades, but it would be great to get the verdict on this one, one way or 'tother.

Still waiting for 2 grades - one is a regular grade the other is pass/fail. No big deal…but it’s interesting that they wait til the very last minute to post - especially considering this:

“Prior to midnight on the last day for grading, grades viewed are considered tentative and can be changed by your instructor for legitimate reasons, such as miscalculated grades or incomplete assignments. After midnight on the last day for grading, your grades are considered final and it is on this date that we will calculate your GPA for the semester.”

This is DS 4 credit class this semester. And the one that he is not sure about.

RTR mom- how did your son decide to take aclass P/F? I was reading about that the other day, and it looks like P/F can only be used for elective classes. Is that what your experience has been?

I’m guessing the pass/fail is Honors Year One? We are waiting for that one, too - and Healthy Bama (which who knows what the deal is on that and considering it doesn’t show on transcript, who cares).

Hmmm…are you clicking on “Student Grades” and then clicking “Final”? (You have to click the link for “Final”.) Some of S’s grades are also posted in Degree Works.

What does IP mean? D shows UH-120 which is Honor Year One as IP - 1 credit…
I don’t know what that means…everything else is posted and I am so very proud of her!
