When do we receive the Blue Book?

<p>I sent the response form yesterday and I was wandering about the date that I would receive the Blue Book for 2008:)</p>

<p>Yea, it was definitely around mid-May.
I think they start sending them out a week after the deadline, if I'm not mistaken..</p>
