<p>i might have made this up, but doesn't it take a ridiculous amount of time to find out psat scores, commended students, and state cut-offs? </p>
<p>oh, and is there any way to guess whether the state cut-offs will generally continue to increase or fall a few points? any hunches? ha</p>

<p>in december you find out your scores, and the fall of the next year you find out what you qualify for</p>
<p>You can look up past cutoff scores though if you want an idea of what your chances are to get certain things, there's a few threads on this forum somewhere if you search for them.</p>
<p>Is it possible for Seniors at this time (mid-Oct) to find out if they made Finals and got a scholarship? I heard from a classmate that 3 Seniors got a scholarship but I thought it was a little too early to find that out .. correct me if I'm mistaken.</p>

<p>sorry, i wasn't being clear. i meant that those who are commeneded have been told they are commended and those who are semi-finalists have been told they are semi-finalists. this is just at my school. i have no idea if there's a "national notification date" of sorts, though there was an article in my local paper listing all the city's semi-finalists..</p>

<p>i know, i officially vehemently detest the cb for giving WICKED easy practice tests. the practice test was like a piece of cake compared to today's test which was like running a marathon.</p>

<p>no, i doubt it. i remember you could go to cb's website to get answers but only after you get your results. the website to the answers is in that score report sheet you get in december at school.</p>
<p>I took my PSAT today for the 1st time. (sophmore) There was a question on the PSAT in the math section. It was a grid-in and asked about a vertex of the parabola. Can someone tell me the answer? I put 2 but some people put 1.5. It's killing meeeee!!</p>
