When is it too many Ec's?

Okay, so here's the scoop. I'm looking through the things I've done throughout HS to see what I should put under my ec's. I then realized that I had a very large amount of Ec's. It isn't that I did things simply to fill out a line on the app, it's simply that I tried a whole bunch of things. Here, allow me to list everything I've been involved in:

jazz band (9,10,11)- lead tenor in jazz
marching band (9,10,11)- section leader
pep band (9,10,11)- section leader

Spring play (10)- I played Tom Snout in our production of Midsummers
Summer musical (10)- pit orchestra

Soccer team (9)
lacrosse team (10,11,12)
Baseball (9,10)- just rec league, not very good, but I love playing

KMO (11,12)- knowledge masters open, not terribly time consuming (we only meet 4 times throughout the year, not even really a club)

NHS (11,12)- President, I am very hands on with the outreach we do and try to attend every service project I can, HIGHLY INVOLVED

Medical explorers (10,12)- group dedicated to exploring the medical field, also not terribly time consuming, (1 meeting a month, plus job shadowing)

Religious youth group (9,10,11,12)- very involved in my church and youth group

SMART team (12)- starting next year I will be part of a protein modeling team at MSOE

BEAMR (11,12)- (founding member) research project with the Medical College of WI (highly respected in proteomics and genetics) in which we studied the salivary proteome. Most meaningful thing I've done

DECA (10,11,12)-business club at school. I'm a competitor and have got to the state level and the international career development conference

A political organization my friend is creating at school. Brand new, has no name yet, he has selected me as VP. In conjunction with Republican Party of WI.

I've also done quite a bit of volunteer work (will be volunteering at Children's Hospital) and have two jobs (one is an on/off babysitting gig and I am also a cashier at our local grocery store)

Basically I'm curious as to what I should really put on my app (in an attached resume). I already know which ones I'm putting down as important to me (on the common app), but I guess what I am asking is, should I put everything down? Also, should I put down things that are just beginning at school this coming year (like my buddy's political organization)?

All I can really think to do is combine the Spring play and Summer musical? I don’t know if that would work though, but it can kinda be put together

I think you can drop KMO if it’s not that important to you and you need more space.

My opinion is that you shouldn’t feel obligated to leave anything out

Think about if you had to pick three things to be involved in what would they be? Or the ECs that speak the most to the kind of person you are, or that best describe your passions… Put these first (Common App asks for ordered list) and elaborate on these in additional info if you think it’s necessary.

The rest you can just list. If something was a very minimal time commitment, and felt like it didn’t mean a lot to you you could skip it.
