<p>I am a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh and want to apply for transfer to uMich. All else equal, should I apply for the winter semester sophomore year or wait it out and apply for fall of my junior year?</p>
<p>Is a 3.7 gpa high enough to get accepted after 45 credits?</p>
